It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate, complete and truthful information to enable the preparation of their Cover Letter, Resume and/or other employment documents. This includes, but is not limited to, details relating to employment history, qualifications, certifications, skills and experience.

Customers are also responsible for accurately selecting their preferred writing style (tone), and service preferences to ensure the completed documents reflect their personal brand and professional identity. Every effort will be made to create documents that authentically represent the customer; however, the accuracy of the final content is dependent on the information provided.

Customers acknowledge that the wording, achievements and representations contained within their Cover Letter and Resume should genuinely reflect their experience and be consistent with how they would naturally communicate during interviews and other recruitment processes. The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all final documents prior to use.

Standard

If you have selected the Standard Service option, your completed document/s will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving both your completed questionnaire and full payment.

If you have purchased additional edits/updates, these may be used at any time within 12 months of your original order. Requests for edits or updates will be completed as soon as possible, subject to current workload and service availability.

Additional edits/updates are intended for minor changes, such as tailoring your documents for a new job application, updating employment history, qualifications, references or other relevant details. They do not include complete rewrites or substantial overhauls of existing documents.

Priority

If you have selected and paid for Priority Service, your completed document/s will be delivered within 3 business days of receiving both your completed questionnaire and full payment.

Document Delivery

Full Resumes + Cover Letters will be provided electronically via email and will include:

• An editable Microsoft Word version (.docx); and

• A non-editable PDF version.

>> Resume Health Checks will only be provided as a non-editable PDF document

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Tip: Unless an employer specifically requests otherwise, submitting the Microsoft Word version of your Resume or Cover Letter is often recommended, as many Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) can process editable documents more effectively than PDFs.

At TRY Career Profiles, customer satisfaction is important. If you are dissatisfied with your Cover Letter, Resume and/or Resume Health Check for any reason, please contact connect-trytherealyou@outlook.com to discuss your concerns in the first instance. Every reasonable effort will be made to address the issue and, where appropriate, make revisions to ensure the final documents meet the agreed service requirements.

No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes: While every effort is made to present customers in the best possible light and produce professional, high-quality application documents, no guarantee is made regarding interview invitations, job offers or employment outcomes. Refunds will not be provided solely on the basis that an application was unsuccessful or did not result in employment.

Refund Requests: If, after reasonable attempts have been made to resolve any concerns, you remain dissatisfied with the service provided, TRY Career Profiles may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund. Any refund amount will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the concerns raised, the work completed, and the type of service purchased.

Delivery Timeframe Guarantee: If your completed document/s are not delivered within the agreed service timeframe, and the delay was not caused by outstanding information, responses or materials required from you, you may request a AUD $45 service credit or refund for the inconvenience. This compensation is not issued automatically and must be requested by you, the customer. Additional information, including bank account details, may be required to process any approved refund payment.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
